Our first band trip to Brighton! I think the last time we were in Brighton together we saw Propagandhi and then tried to persuade Chas Lightyear to drink the gross ‘cocktails’ we invented.
That night I (matt) passed out and everyone proceeded to put the contents of the flat on top of me as i slept.

We’re really excited and will be recording as soon as poss.
We got a show on on the 2nd of MAY in WEYMOUTH!
It’s our first show in the town where we live in aaaages. It’s with The Computers and some local bands i’ve never ever seen in my whole life. It’s FREE too!

Prawn draw their influences from Indie-Emo and Post-Rock. The band self-released their first full length “You Can Just Leave It All ” in June 2011 and Topshelf Records will release it on vinyl later this year.

Hiya.
Here’s what’s being cooked up right now…
If you didn’t already know, we’re gonna be on a super cool 4-way split cassette with our UK pals SUNDAY LEAGUE as well as our new USA pals GIANT PEACH and HAIRCUT.
All these bands are great and are worth checking out.
The tape will be coming out on What We Should Be Doing in the UK and Life On An Island in the USA, as far as i understand.

We’re also gonna be recording some other songs for another split, this time with our pals YES WE CANADA. I think this split will probably be on a CD (so two-thousand-and-late)!
All this means that we’re probably not gonna be playing that many gigs for a little while, although the gigs we ARE playing are super cool….

Hi! We’ve got some shows coming up!
APRIL 3RD BRISTOL at THE GRYPHON
APRIL 5TH SOUTHAMPTON at THE DORCHESTER ARMS
Cool! Our first show ever was with WE CAME OUT LIKE TIGERS, and RAVACHOL are good buds of ours so we’re PUMPED to play with them, TWICE, in 2 of our favourite towns, for 2 of our favourite promoters.
The Bristol show is an Anti Health Bill benefit gig with proceeds going to St Peter’s Hospice and 38 Degrees. RIGHTEOUS!
The Southampton show will be the last ever PUNX show at our beloved DORCHESTER ARMS, so we’re gonna make sure it goes out with a bang.
